Law On Order

The bulk of legal costs accrue as a result of poor instruction, ignorance, inexperience and a poor understanding of the rights, issues and application of the law. Providing a lawyer with just the 'bare bones' then requiring them to then analyse and identify the issues is much like asking a motor mechanic to 'repair' the vehicle you just drove in. It is a temptation to go through everything unnecessary at will and at your expense before getting to the core of the problem.

On the other hand, if you took your car into the garage, complained of leaks, noisy transmission and slow gear change you may have saved yourself hundreds of dollars and perhaps many hours of the mechanics day by providing relevant clues as to the nature and extent of your problem. The end result would be a more accurate, cost effective and precise job. You both end up happy with the result.

So too it is with the law. If you are able to identify the issues relating to your problem at the outset, you'll save yourself and your lawyer time, resources and equip yourselves for a better outcome at the start.

Law on Order sets itself the task of identifying all of your legal issues by beginning with your complaint or query. It assists you to identify those critical issues and to put it into an understandable cogent format to be dealt with by lawyers should you decide to proceed with a course of action.

In the end, you'd have saved yourself, hundreds if not thousands of dollars and it would provide you with the critical information you need to make an informed decision as to what to do with your matter.

The moderators of Law on Order comprise legal practitioners, professionals from other fields such as engineers, town planners, finance and tax professionals.
